These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you first access or use the 99ab platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99ab regarding the use of the platform.
• Any additional rules stated in specific promotions, bonuses, or campaigns form part of these terms and must be complied with.
• In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail.
• The 99ab Privacy Policy forms an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with this document.

To register and use 99ab services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 99ab takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any guardianship or legal restriction.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one 99ab account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the freezing and closure of all associated accounts.
• Non-99ab employees: Employees, immediate family members of employees, and business partners of 99ab are not permitted to register as platform members.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and in any dealings with 99ab must be accurate, complete, and current.

The 99ab account registration process is designed to be simple and fast. However, there are important responsibilities you need to understand:

• Registration details: You are required to provide your full name, phone number, valid email address, and any other details requested during registration.
• Identity verification (KYC): 99ab reserves the right to request valid identification documents such as an IC or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This KYC process is typically completed within one business day.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Please use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone.
• Unauthorised activity: Any activity suspected to involve unauthorized access or account compromise must be reported to the 99ab support team immediately.
• Email verification: New accounts require email verification before the first deposit can be made. A verification email will be sent immediately after registration.

All financial transactions at 99ab are processed through secure payment methods backed by high-level encryption. The following are the terms relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods: FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account shortly after payment confirmation.
• Minimum deposit limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. Maximum deposit limits depend on the selected method and your account level.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for regular members and under 10 minutes for VIP members once verification is complete.
• Withdrawal limit: The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on the member's VIP level.
• Withdrawal to the same account: Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Third-party accounts: 99ab does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All transactions must be made using an account registered in the member's own name.

99ab offers a range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus issued carries a rollover requirement clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Please read those terms before claiming any bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active at a time in your account.
• Bonus usage: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once via multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus validity period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

• Game results: All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical disruptions: If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on 99ab's end, the affected wagers will be voided and the funds returned to the member's account balance.
• Fraud attempts: The use of automated software (bots), collusion methods to cheat, or any technique designed to exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Game records: All game history, wagering, and transactions are stored in the 99ab system and can be accessed through your account at any time.
• Wagering limit: Every game has a minimum and maximum wagering limit set by the game provider. Members are required to comply with these limits at all times.

99ab expects all members to behave courteously and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language toward any other member or 99ab support staff.
• Making false accusations or defaming 99ab or any of its associated parties.
• Sharing your personal account information or login credentials with others, or accessing another member's account without authorisation.
• Using the 99ab platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 99ab platform on social media or other platforms.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the 99ab system. If you discover any bugs, please report them to our support team immediately.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent closure of your account, depending on the severity of the violation.

There are two main scenarios regarding account closure at 99ab:

• Closure by member: You may close your account at any time upon personal request or for responsible gaming reasons. Contact our support team via live chat to process your account closure request. Any valid balance will be returned to you once identity verification is complete.
• Closure by 99ab: 99ab reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security or legal compliance risk. In proven cases of fraud, the account balance may be fully forfeited.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or any amount determined by 99ab, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99ab shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of the 99ab platform.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any financial decisions you make based on information found on the 99ab platform.

The maximum liability of 99ab to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

99ab reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Update notices will also be displayed at the top of the 99ab website with a clear effective date.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
